WHAT TO EXPECT
Unity Now Communications will make graphics, social media accounts, and more for you and your company - you just need to provide a few things to us!
You need to provide:
- Any brand colors, fonts, or logos that need to be used for graphics or posts.
- Any photos that you would like to be used in your graphics or posts. If photos are not provided, we will use placeholder images that align with the theme of the graphics or your brand.
- Quotes, brand names, and any words or phrases that you want us to use in posts or graphics should be checked for proper spelling and grammar before being sent. If there are spelling or grammatical errors in the text provided to us, we will fix them for you for an additional fee.
- We create new social media accounts using a dummy, or placeholder, email. We will replace the email on the account with an email you provide to us. This requires additional verification (usually a code being sent to your email), so be prepared to forward us the code or send it over to us so we can finish transferring ownership of the accounts promptly!
- If you would like us to schedule your posts in advance on your socials, graphics must be completed at least two weeks in advance. This means that any images, logos, text, specific colors, etc. (assets) that need to be included in your graphics must be provided to us at least a month before the expected finish date. If assets are provided at a date that gives us less than two weeks to complete the expected graphics/posts, there will be a rush fee.
- We cannot schedule any posts on accounts we do not have access to. Please make sure you give us the correct credentials to get into any accounts that you expect us to post to!
